Being very aware of the importance of sustainable development, and aware

too of the fact that access to decarbonised forms of energy is one of the

foundations of this development, I chose a career in the nuclear sector,

which has fascinated me since I was in my twenties. Over the last ten years I

have held a variety of different positions, including technical and executive

roles, and project management.

I started on the engineering side of French nuclear resources, then at the

largest nuclear power station in Western Europe, and I am currently engaged

on the construction of a nuclear power station in the United Kingdom. In

2020 I received the Fem’Energia Europe prize, the only European award

open to women working in the nuclear sector, as recognition by the nuclear

industry of my professional achievements. In 2022, I was awarded in the TOP

100 Women working in Tech in the UK. In 2023, I received the award of

"French Engineer Woman 2023" at the French Ministry of Industry.

I have developed innovative management methods, based on collective

intelligence, which regularly leads me to be called on within the EDF Group

to guide other teams towards these forms of management, and, in a

personal capacity, to lead conferences on circular/horizontal forms of

organization (without an overall leader), and on leadership. The funds

acquired then serve to assist young people who are completing studies in

areas of priority education in France.

In June 2020, I initiated and co-founded the British ExpatFamilyUK

association, aimed at the spouses of EDF/Framatome expatriates in the

United Kingdom, which has 73 members. I am also vice-president of the

United Kingdom EDF expatriates network. I am a member of the steering

committee of the Women In Nuclear France association, aimed at promoting

mixed gender participation in the scientific and technical sectors.

Sensible aux objectifs de développement durable et consciente que l’accès à

l’énergie décarbonée en constitue l’un des piliers, j’ai choisi une carrière

dans le domaine du nucléaire qui me passionne depuis mes 20 ans. Ces dix

dernières années, j’ai occupé différents postes : technique, d’encadrement

et de gestion projet.

D’abord pour l’ingénierie du parc nucléaire français, puis sur la plus grande

centrale nucléaire d’Europe de l’Ouest et actuellement sur un projet majeur

de construction de centrale nucléaire au Royaume‐Uni. En 2020, j’ai reçu le

prix Fem’Energia Europe, seul prix européen à destination des femmes

travaillant dans le nucléaire, qui constitue une reconnaissance par l’industrie

nucléaire de mon parcours professionnel. En 2022, j'ai été sélectionnée dans

le TOP 100 des femmes les plus influentes dans un domaine technologique

au Royaume-Uni et en 2023, j'ai reçu le prix de la Femme Ingénieure de

France au Ministère de l'industrie.

J’ai développé des méthodes de management innovantes, basées sur

l’intelligence collective, ce qui m’amène régulièrement à témoigner au sein

du groupe EDF pour entrainer d’autres équipes vers ces modes de

management, et à donner, à titre personnel, des conférences sur les

organisations circulaires/horizontales (sans chef) et le leadership. Les fonds

récoltés servent à aider des jeunes issus de zones d’éducation prioritaire en

France.

En juin 2020, j’ai inité et co-fondé l’association anglaise ExpatFamilyUK à

destination des conjoints d’expatriés EDF/Framatome du Royaume‐Uni qui

accompagne 73 membres. Je suis également vice-présidente du réseau des

expatriés EDF au Royaume-Uni. Je suis membre du board de l’association

Women In Nuclear France pour promouvoir la mixité dans les domaines

scientifiques et techniques.
